My style as a yoga teacher is a more modern fusion of the ancient practise of yoga …that is easy to learn, hugely beneficial to the body and expansive in nature. I really love this concept of yoga as it allows us to truely experience all the amazing dimensions that exist in a yoga practise.

Yin Yoga

Hatha Yoga
Would easily be the most widely practised style of yoga. The focus is for both physical and mental well being and the practice is also very accurate, creative & helps align the body.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Flow is a breath with movement style of yoga, which trains the body to enjoy the effortless flow of movement and breath. This flow warms the body while stretching, toning and strengthening the muscles.
